Fantasy Baseball Search Expert League Rotisserie Scores Are In
Throughout the season so of the guys in the Fantasy Baseball Search Expert League debated how playing 5x5 roto in a H2H format worked compared to just the standard 5x5 roto. several of us thought it would be skewed and that teams who would dominate in the H2H format could very well do poorly if you put their numbers up against a standard roto scoring system. Now, lets be honest. Its not fair to take H2H results and put them into a different scoring system cause managers just didn't play that way. However, for the love of science I calculated the results and here are the final roto scores for each team in the league with how they finished in the league to the right of it:
Fantasy Baseball Search 96 1st
Roto Authority 91 3rd
Junkyard Jake 73 2nd
Fantasy Baseball Geeks 71 4th
Baseball Geeks 69 7th
Fantasy Baseball Mafia 68 8th
Pro Fantasy Games 66 5th
Fantasy Baseball Generals 66 12th
Mock Draft Central 64 6th
Fighting Chance Fantasy 60 9th
Roto Doc 57 11th
Fantasy Baseball Starters 35 1oth
By the looks of the numbers everything pretty much worker out according to the roto number. The major differences are two of the 6 teams that made the playoffs did not finish in the top 6, but the top 4 teams had the top for roto scores. My conclusion would be that it was fairly accurate and that if you do very well in the H2H league your roto scores will reflect that. You can see all the numbers here:
